Our students deserve more than a quick glimpse. They deserve a journey that affirms who they are and expands what they believe is possible.
The From the D to the Yard™ Tour is a high-impact, immersive, and unforgettable weeklong HBCU tour experience, rooted in education, history, culture, and community. It’s designed to help students see themselves on campus—and leave knowing they belong there.
This is where mindsets begin to shift, outlooks change, and where lifelong memories are made.
While many tours offer access, we offer transformation and an almost all-inclusive experience that ensures that students and families are not concerned about finances while touring.

This experience is open to the public — but students ready for a journey that includes the tour, as well as prep for life and success should explore the Kindred Fellowship.
The tour will change your mind. The Fellowship will change your life.
If you’re ready for more than a moment — if you’re ready for a movement — The Fellowship is waiting.
